This bill asks that funding be withheld with respect to certain UN organizations
"supporting acts of international terrorism."

international terrorism, and for other purposes.
Bill withholds:
-
U.S. contributions to any United Nations (UN) commission,
organization, or affiliated agency that is chaired or presided over by a
country that has been determined by the Secretary of State to have
repeatedly provided support for acts of international terrorism until such
time the President determines that the entity is no longer chaired or
presided over by such country and such entity has established appropriate
electoral reforms, including minimum standards for leadership positions and
the elimination of automatic rotation of such positions; and
-
expenses for any U.S. delegation to any UN commission,
organization, or affiliated agency until such time the President makes such
determination.
