• This Bill requires the withholding of certain FY 2006 and 2007 U.S. contributions to the United Nations (UN) until the President certifies that the UN is cooperating in the investigation of the United Nations Oil-for-Food Program.  Oil-for-Food means, the program to permit the sale of petroleum products exported from Iraq and to use the revenue generated from such sale for humanitarian assistance established and administered pursuant to United Nations Security Council Resolution 986 (April 14, 1995) and subsequent United Nations resolutions.
