SUDAN
On the tenth anniversary of the Rwandan genocide, the world community was urged to to remember that its inaction led to the deaths of more than 800,000 people in Rwanda.  However, many countries are ignoring the lessons they claim to have learned from Rwanda.  Genocide is occurring in Sudan and the world has once again been slow to react.
