• Increase the number of members, supporters and e-activists to 70,000, of which 50 percent regularly donate to the organization.

• Enhance the diversity of the organization’s key stakeholders as a first step toward enhancing the diversity of its membership.

• Develop the organization’s capacity to increase its revenue by 20 percent each year.

• Establish the organization and its name as widely recognized and respected.

• Foster a highly professional and expert staff and support its growth.
